Family Court Fees:

Janis Richardson Hall will evaluate your case and determine a fair and reasonable retainer fee based on your facts and circumstance. In complex or highly contested cases, escrow funds may also be required. To be able to give you a quote, you must schedule a consultation and complete paperwork so Ms. Hall will have all the necessary information. Ms. Hall will bill on an hourly basis. Her hourly rate is $350.00. Additional billing questions may be addressed at the initial consultation.

Criminal Court Fees:

Because there are so many levels of criminal charges, Janis Richardson Hall will need to evaluate your case prior to quoting a fee. You must schedule a consultation and provide paperwork and information so Ms. Hall can quote a fair retainer. Criminal cases are quoted as a flat fee. Depending on the circumstance, a structured payment plan may be available. Additional questions may be addressed at the initial consultation.
