Probate Administration

Probate administration is the act of administering a loved one’s affairs upon death. We can assist with the preparation of forms or simply provide direction, depending on the complexity of the estate.  Our office is also available to prepare a simple Will, Power of Attorney, or Healthcare Power of Attorney.Unfortunately, probate cases may include disputes between family members upon a loved one’s death. Some probate cases require specialized attention while others are often easily resolves.
